A birthday/cake smash photoshoot is a super fun session and the perfect way to celebrate your Childs birthday!


They are a popular choice among parents wanting to celebrate their child’s birthday. You’re welcome to book a birthday session at any time once your baby is sitting unaided. Birthday photos are popular to use on birthday invites and thank you cards!


Using lots of fairy lights and cute little birthday props.

The sessions last up to 1.5 hours in my comfy garden studio and are comprised of 3 parts to give you a wide variety of images in your final gallery:


  1. Birthday portraits taken before the cake comes out, with various birthday props and my gorgeous 'One' jumper.
  2. The cake smash itself - the messy destruction of a birthday cake. (This can be skipped if you would rather not have cake photos)
  3. Baby splashing about in a tub of warm, shallow water and bubbles to help clean the cake off. This last part tends to be a favourite with the babies.

Please note: I do not supply the cake for the cake smash

 

​All sessions include the full use of props, that are updated regularly. Images included in all packages are professionally retouched and will be provided via a password protected online gallery. Once your images have been edited you will receive a gallery of around 50 images for you to choose from. 10 digital images are included in the booking fee. Options to upgrade your package with additional images are available once you have seen your gallery.
